Court ruling regarding this issue will definitely makes things more complicated. Based on my common sense, people would not do such a thing in public. If they have done that or got used to doing that, that is part of their problem. It is called universal ‘social manner’ that the Italians should learn to abide, not the law. Still issue this law will easily make Italians lose their good sense of humour. hahaha
