A Snippet of Gay Life in Thailand

Young David asked his wealthy grandfather, Sol, how he had made his money. Sol said, "Well, David, it was 1955, and I was down to my last five cents. I went to the local market and invested that five cents in a large apple. I spent the entire day polishing the apple and, at the end of the day, I sold the apple for ten cents."
"The next morning, I invested the ten cents in two large apples. I spent the entire day polishing them and I sold them at the end of the day for twenty cents. I continued this system for a month. Then Bubbie’s father died and left us five million dollars."

Just digging through my old images and came across this one from 2008 that I took on the way to Doi Intanon in Chiang Mai. Just before you turn onto the road to the mountain there’s a small ceramic factory and this statue is at it’s entrance - Quite a piece of art, don’t you think. I am going to take another look at my old images, using the new “Cloud†Lightroom 5.3 and Photoshop CC improvements to see if I can add new life to the images, or at least bring out the emotions I tried to capture,
And if you use either an old version of Lightroom or Photoshop – do yourself a great service and upgrade to the new Cloud versions – they are offering a Photographer’s special for $9.99/mo. Bridge, + Lightroom + Photoshop – a perfect combination and at a great price. The new improvements are well worth the cost. Believe me, you won’t go wrong.

Here’s a promotional “Pride†party being put on at the Planet Earth Beach Club – Located pass Soi 15 on Jomtien Beach Rd.
Haven’t been there and maybe I can go to get some shots. I’ll try but no promises.
SORRY: Little late in posting – just receive the flyer yesterday at the beach.
Sounds like fun and a chance to check out the Club.
Don’t know who the “Sinners†are.
They even have authentic Italian Ice Cream.

I want to thank all those who visit my blog – I use StatCounter to monitor traffic and it’s amazing to see where the visitors are located – Here is the map report of areas where todays morning traffic had originated. Covers quite a territory for not doing any web promotion.
Thanks again.

Here’s a photo I ran across in gourmet foods from around the world section in a website – I won’t mention the site’s name but to me this looks like something I’d call road kill which was then thrown in a fire – I sure as hell would not want this in the middle of my dinner table. Next it could be your dog.
I like lamb, but this is ridiculous – this image doesn’t make me want to jump in and chow down. Does it for you? What do you think ? Want a slice?
