Lets set the stage – the Perfect Creation – Genesis 1. And God said “It was good.â€

My reason for the fall is stated in Isaiah 14:12
“How you have fallen from heaven, you morning star, son of the dawn! How you have been cut down to the ground, you conqueror of nations! You thought, “I’ll go up to heaven and set up my throne above El’s stars. I’ll sit on the mountain far away in the north where the gods assemble. I’ll go above the top of the clouds. I’ll be like Elyon.†But you’ve been brought down to Sheol, to the deepest part of the pit.â€
Actually God’s Son asked a question; “Is there anything, other than God, that will make me happy or special ?†AND he thought about it and imagined or DREAMED it was so. This world or ILLUSION is the impossible dream. To be separate from God in MY OWN world.
“when the morning stars sang together and all the sons of Elohim shouted for joy? “ (Job 38:7 NOG)
Both Jesus and Lucifer are referred to as the Morning Star. The idea or desire to be “special†demands separation from ONENES – in other words a dualistic unrealistic dream state. And to be separate requires a unique finite existence – hence a body. Where WE turned OUR back to God, denying His existence, and proclaiming our own.
God is the ONLY “CREATOR” –(real) everything else, including both angels and man, can only MAKE or DREAM (unreal).
ONLY what God Created is REAL and EXISTS, therefore as stated in ACIM :
“Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of Godâ€.
Genesis 2 and beyond are the stories or myth MADE by the insane thought of separation or desire to be SPECIAL and therefore apart from the “ALLâ€
Many in Christianity try to explain this, for example in reference #2 ( below):, “we have a SOUL or SPIRIT WITHIN our physical body that is made in the image and likeness of God. – BUT man is a DUAL being, part spiritual and part physicalâ€. That’s trying to combine Duality with Non-duality. You cannot combine opposites, one must choose one or the other. As Jesus said “I and the Father are ONE as they are one with US.†God is SPIRIT and ONLY SPIRIT. The body is the symbol of the LIE or ILLUSION, to keep God out, we are spirit and only spirit.
So back to the angels – “Before even the foundations of the earth were established, God created His angels.†So the angels had to have fallen first. Genesis 2 and beyond MUST be the story of the FALL OF THE ANGELS.
God did not create sin, nor kick His Son out – the Son did. God as the Father, merely waits, as told in the story of the Prodigal Son, for his son to recognize his mistakes or bad judgments and return Home. Give up the goal of JUDGEMENT, let God’s reality be the ONLY reality wanted. The Holy Spirit is the right-mindfulness, Lucifer (EGO) is the wrong-mindfulness of the Christ’s (God’s ONLY SON) MIND.
