This morning I got a clear message from the Holy Spirit. My reading for the day, as suggested by the ACIM Now Oracle, located in â€œRead Nowâ€ dropdown , was Workbook Lesson 26 â€œMy attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.â€
â€œBecause your attack thoughts will be projected, you will fear attack. And if you fear attack, you must believe that you are not invulnerable. Attack thoughts therefore make you vulnerable in your own mind, which is where the attack thoughts are. Attack thoughts and invulnerability cannot be accepted together. They contradict each other.â€
and after contemplating on the lesson, I followed it up with my normal YouTube search for new videos and was presented with 7 Truths To Lower Blood Pressure With Breathing Exercises (Holistic Doctor Explains) // Dr Ekberg . This reinforces the same lesson â€“ NOTE in the video the Doctorâ€™s statements:
- abnormal stress is caused by unwanted thoughts.
- Breathing control can re-focus the mind
This amounts to nothing less than developing a habit formed â€œMeditativeâ€ practice. Prayer is meditation and contemplation, and many other resources, such as a definite exercise routine or â€œYogaâ€ can also be helpful.
When I ask for help â€“ it is always there if I but look, Listen and Do Not Judgeâ€¦..
