What is 100%?  What does it mean to give  MORE than 100%?  Ever wonder about those people who say they are giving more than 100%?   We have all been to those meetings where someone wants you to give over 100%.  How about achieving 103%?  What makes up 100% in life?

Here’s a little mathematical formula that might help you answer these questions:
       If:   A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z 
                  and is represented as:   1  through  26.
H-A-R-D-W-O-R-K           8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11 =  98%
K-N-O-W-L-E-D-G-E   11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5 =  96%

Now look how far “ass kissing”will take you.

So, one can conclude with mathematical certainty, that while   Hard work   and   Knowledge   will get you close, and Attitude will get you there.

It’s the Bullshit and Ass Kissing that will put you over the top!!!  Now you know why Politicians are where they are!


Celestial Dreaming

My latest painting – Celestial Dreaming – a 20×30 inch.  Acrylic on Pastel Chalk Digital painting.Clestrial-Dreaming-web   I need to do another with a better background – the chalk just doesn’t do it justice……  I wanted the floating effect but need more dreamy appearance.  But at least it’s a start in the right direction.  What are your thoughts.


Food Poisoning

I am just recovering from a acute food poisoning.  Started Sunday, Day 5 so far, lost about 2-3 Kilo of weight, dehydrated, and very weak – today was actually the first good meal I have had during that time – Campbell Chicken Noodle Soup.  Last night I had a real setback – I forgot that antibiotics and milk products don’t mix – and so I had a bowl of mushroom soup – Boy what a mistake.  All hell broke loose, probably killed all the antibiotics, set me back on recovery – but drinking more water  I did feel better in the morning, extremely hungry, had that chicken soup I spoke about earlier and back on schedule.

I believe that the poisoning came from a sandwich I had over night in the refrigerator.  Ironically that Sunday morning I had just purchased a new refrigerator, because it was letting the contents spoil too fast,  and that evening it hit me.  Simon says I looked like a living dead, no color, barely able to move, shaky – bad shape.   I had some Ciprofloxin in the house so started 1000 mg/day dose   Then I went to the hospital for conformation – they agreed and sent me home with more meds and electrolyte solutions.  So now it just time and watching what I eat.   Life goes on !!!


My first “couchsurfer”

Just had my first “Couchsurfer’ stay with me.  He was from Taiwan and spoke excellent English so we had some great conservations.  while he was here we visited the Hmong Hilltribe Village, above Doi Suthep on Doi Pui – below is the picture of him in traditional Hmong clothing.  Excuse the hat, looked more colorful than a normal male black hat – and most will not know the difference, lol.  You can check with earlier posts to see the full images of the village.  

IMG_9091Then we went to see the Buddhist Hell Temple, Wat Si  Don Chai Pa Tung Ngam – Wat Mae Kaet Noi Buddhist Hell in Mae Jo area.  Check out the earlier post on the temples I posted not too long ago for more pictures. 

Great time, I am really glad I joined this group and had the experience of meeting new people (guys of course). I am also a member of the “Queer Couchsurfing” group.   I’ll post more on this subject later.


another one bit the dust–Ashwaganda

MEDICAL UPDATE- last post on this was May 16th. Kidneys looking better, readings coming down – BP somewhat stable at 150/75 and ED disappearing. First it was Ginkgo Baloba – miracle response but then I found out I was getting an allergic rash to it. In May I tried Ashwaganda- touted another miracle herb – WOW it worked, stiffness in legs – gone, kidney readings coming down – stress levels reduced – GREAT. !! But alas, it belongs to the nightshade family and after a couple of months I find the same problems recurring that I had with other nightshades –SHIT:

Got a blood test today, and find that my kidney readings are almost in the normal-high range – excellent, BP is slightly elevated, but I think that is because of what I ate – cottage cheese, and a large amount about 2 hrs. before the test- lots of salt – shame on me. But it seems to aggravate the ED and the nightshade problem of tender muscles that connect to tendon areas – damn, again not the miracle herb for me. My blood test results are looking much, much better and I really attribute this to juicing. Diet changes – vegetarian, Omega 3/Omega 6 ratio increased allowing the body to heal – So now I’ve dropped the Ashwaganda and just take 10 mg. Madiplot to help reduce the BP while I heal naturally by proper diet. I am going to give it about 1-2 weeks and see if the ED changes and tenderness of joints gets better –

The next test will be the MORGINA herb, another touted super herb to lower BP, reduce stress and so on. At least it not in the nightshade family. Other than that, feeling great and moving forward.

Medical update–no HBP medicine

I have finally weaned myself off all prescription drugs.  I do take one caplet of “Himalaya Brand” Ashwagandha every weekday but not on weekends. and continue to take some Vitamin D3 and B complex daily just to round out my diet.  For the fist time in many months I am very clear-headed, feel normal and my eyesight is good.  Blood test show kidney function the best in 2 years and improving.  ED slowly disappearing, but still I still need a little help from a 1/4 dose of Viagra.

BP is stable at average 150/75  and slowly lowering as I maintain a meat free diet, heavy in vegetables and fruits with Juicing a mixture of spinach, carrot, celery, and apple every day.  I do start off each morning with a glass of water and fresh lemon juice plus  a 1 egg omelet, made with onions, carrot and garlic and herbs including Himalayan Sea Salt.  Generally, I try to eat a fruit salad for lunch and vegetables with rice for dinner.  Of prime importance is drinking at least 7 glasses of water daily.  Every other glass I add a pinch of Sea Salt.

Two Doctors that have really opened my eyes and brought me success are     Dr John Bergman    and    Barbara ONeil.    Check out their YouTube videos on a full range of health topics – their grasp of disease is spot on – and their methods for obtaining full health are amazingly simple and WORK !.  At least so far for me – stay tuned for future updates.  I’ll explain more on the next installment.





It’s been a week so far and I feel terrific.

Buddhist Hell – Mae Jo


Simon and I went to explore the Mae Jo local temple – Buddhist Hell –  20180513_153201at  Wat Mae Kaet Noi – also called – Wat Si Don Chia Pa Tung Ngam.

It’s like a Disneyland area – turnstile entrance (10 Baht ea.) , divided in 2 section areas – Heaven and Hell.       Amazing – The first thing that stands out is the deplorable attitude about sex – same as in the Christian and Islamic religions.  Statues  with emphasized penises, vaginas,  disfigured and/or being mutated –  Here are some glaring examples – the rest are in the Slideshow.20180513_15024220180513_15054320180513_150325


Make sure to visit the display – very eye opening and shows the blend of Buddhism, Hindu, Chinese Gods, and Animism.  Sex always seems to be the point of attack around the world – actually there are only 3 functions in life, Eating, Sleeping and Sex.  And the first two are only done so one can do the last – SEX   Think about it and make sure to visit the Temple.
