Clear lesson from the Holy Spirit ! — Attack Thoughts

This morning I got a clear message from the Holy Spirit.  My reading for the day, as suggested by the ACIM Now Oracle, located in “Read Now” dropdown ,  was Workbook Lesson 26  “My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability.” 

“Because your attack thoughts will be projected, you will fear attack.  And if you fear attack, you must believe that you are not invulnerable.  Attack thoughts therefore make you vulnerable in your own mind, which is where the attack thoughts are.  Attack thoughts and invulnerability cannot be accepted together.  They contradict each other.”

and after contemplating on the lesson,  I followed it up with my normal YouTube search for new videos and was presented with attack  7 Truths To Lower Blood Pressure With Breathing Exercises (Holistic Doctor Explains) // Dr Ekberg  .  This reinforces the same lesson – NOTE in the video the Doctor’s statements:

  • abnormal stress is caused by unwanted thoughts.
  • Breathing control can re-focus the mind

This amounts to nothing less than developing a habit formed   “Meditative” practice.   Prayer is meditation and contemplation,  and many other  resources, such as a definite exercise routine or “Yoga” can also be helpful. 

When I ask for help – it is always there if I but look, Listen and Do Not Judge…..

Non-Duality in Religions ????

This is a “Must Listen To”  talk or podcast for Awakening.  awakeingThe universal problem of changing one’s mind about duality to a Non-Duality perspective.  Stop the “Fire and Brimstone”  punitive and restrictive perspective without hurt feelings.  Two different world views. 

The Holy Spirit is truly working in the world – this is an excellent example of how to “do not try to change the world but change our minds about the world.”

The question that always has to be addressed is “WHO is the YOU ?,  you are talking about.  The Dreamer or the Character in this dream world.  How to see Christ in everyone.

HE HAS RISEN – REJOICE,  I HAVE OVERCOME THE WORLD..

Just listened to a GREAT Easter Morning sermon from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.   eastrListening to this Conference it’s apparent that they are serving Christ on the path appointed for them.  As Jesus said, “My Father’s Mansion has many rooms and I go to make a place for you.”   The TRUTH is the same , perhaps the Theos is different ,,but that is only of this world.  The ATTONMENT is the same – lets remove the obstacles to LOVE.   And allow each to testify of their own witnessing.   It is their EXPERIENCE that counts,  not their theology.

Dominion War and The Great LINK

My waking thought this morning was what would it be like to be “ONE with GOD”.  The best example I could think of is was in the Deep Space 9 series of Star Trek  ,  an American science fiction television series created by Rick Berman and Michael Piller. It originally aired from January 1993 to June 1999, in syndication, spanning 176 episodes over seven seasons.

In  Season 3, Episode 2, “The Search , part 2odo where “Odo”  finds what it is like to be a “Changeling” as they really exist.   Check this YouTube video clip  “Dominion War and the Great Link.       Amazing , even the  “Changelings” as the Founders of the Dominion and their control of the  “Vorta” and “Jem’hadar”  express the desire to be separate and special from the “One”.  

Another twist on the Prodigal Son story.. OUR story , where the desire to Judge and Control creates a world of Form and bodies.  There is NO EGO in the Lake of God, just in the imagined separated world.

Excellent critique of Christian Religions

Here’s another great video by Richard Rohr – We Create our Destiny.   My YouTube searches in Google are bringing me some very interesting videos and by destinygreat speakers and thinkers.    Please excuse the posting of so many of his works but this one is right on the mark – The Holy Spirit is working and the world IS changing even thought it doesn’t appear that way on the TV news.   The TRUTH is the truth whoever says it or it was never the truth.  Notice how he includes other religious view points  –  few Christians do.  I love the emphasis on “Do Not Judge.”   He doesn’t mention ACIM but his basic Theos is the same.

The message IS getting to the world.

The NON-DUALISTIC message IS getting to the world.  More and more I am being lead to videos and other perspective of what this world really is and our function in it.  Here is a great video by a Catholic Franciscan Monk, Richard Rohr.

Lookup [change, world] in ACIM

This morning I did a interesting word lookup in ACIM.    

“The learning of the world is built upon a concept of the self adjusted to the world’s reality. It fits it well.  For this an image is that suits a world of shadows and illusions. “       ( Chapter 31 – V. Self-Concept versus Self )

“Sin is the only thing in all the world that cannot change. It is immutable. And on its changelessness the world depends.”        ( Chapter 25 – VII. The Rock of Salvation )

“The world of perception, on the other hand, is the world of time, of change, of beginnings and endings. It is based on interpretation, not on facts. It is the world of birth and death. It is learned rather than given, selective in its perceptual emphases, unstable in its functioning, and inaccurate in its interpretations.” ( Preface )

“There is no point in lamenting the world. There is no point in trying to change the world. It is incapable of change because it is merely an effect. But there is indeed a point in changing your thoughts about the world…”       (Workbook Lesson 23 )

“But is given you the means whereby the world no longer seems to be a prison house or jail for anyone. Freedom is given you where you beheld but chains and iron doors. But you must change your mind about the purpose of the world, if you would find escape.. You will be bound till all the world is seen by you as blessed, and everyone made free of your mistakes and honored as he is. You made him not; no more yourself. “Truth is the opposite of illusions because it offers joy.  What else but joy could be the opposite of misery?  To leave one kind of misery and seek another is hardly an escape.  To change illusions is to make no change.”    (Chapter 22 – II. Your Brother’s Sinlessness )

“My holy brother, think of this awhile: The world you see does nothing. It has no effects at all. It merely represents your thoughts.  And it will change entirely as you elect to change your mind, and choose the joy…”      ( Workbook Lesson 190 )

“As a man thinketh, so does he perceive. Therefore, seek not to change the world, but choose to change your mind about the world.   Perception is a result and not a cause… “      ( Chapter 21: Reason and Perception – Introduction )

“The whole value of right perception lies in the inevitable realization that all perception is unnecessary. This removes the block entirely.  You may ask how this is possible as long as you appear to be living in this world.  That is a reasonable question. You must be careful, however, that you really understand it.  Who is the “you” who are living in this world?   Spirit is immortal, and immortality is a constant…”       ( Chapter 4 – II. The Ego and False Autonomy


These excerpts definitely point out the differences between  a DUALISTIC and NON-DUALISTIC view or perspective of what we consider and accept as our REALITY.

Look, Listen and Do Not Judge!    Leave all judgements to the Holy Spirit.

I am still as God Created me.     Innocent and so is my brother.

The world IS coming around, although slowly

Yes, Indeed.    This is a great YouTube video , Baptism and the Holy Spirit,  a refreshing giant leap into the actual teachings of Jesus.  The next step is the realization that Jesus was constantly teaching and demonstrating a NON-DUALISTIC relationship between Himself and His Father, and His Kingdom.  baptism  Furthermore, that this world is a DUALISTIC insane projection, illusion or interpretation of our mad desire to be special and apart, instead of God’s and OUR ACTUAL REALITY .   When this final realization is made then the full teachings of Jesus will be understood.  Scriptures like the Gospel of Thomas will make sense.  I pray this time will be soon, the world has suffered too long already.

A Saint Must Walk Alone.

lonelyI am sure we have all experienced these feelings one time or another.   It’s nice to know we are not alone.

A ‘saint’ is merely one who walks the path,  designated by God and Christ,  for Redemption, first for themselves and then for the world.   A world where we believe we are born into separate and unique egoic bodies, desperately seeking to re-establish a universal desire of darknightfullness or completion, or Oneness with our Creator.  

A saintly path of trying to be IN the world but not OF the world, as instructed by Jesus.

This also reminds me of this YouTube video “The Dark Night of the Soul”   and for a more complete  spiritually detailed explanation see   St. John of the Cross’s original writing of “The Dark Night of the Soul  (Audiobook)”.

Powerful Sermon from a dualistic view

Here is a very powerful sermon:  Understanding The Nature of The Kingdom | Dr. Myles Munroe.  Although his view or point of reference, is of a dualistic world or existence, listen very closely to it from a NON_DALISTIC  viewpoint and feel the strength in it’s message

leaders of change.

Wow !  The TRUTH is being taught on earth as it is in Heaven.   The Holy Spirit’s voice is even heard through the materialistic viewpoint of the dualistic belief in what this world is.  The idea that we are all the anointed kings of Christ’s or The Father’s Kingdom echoes throughout this sermon.

This was told before – but no one listened

Ha Ha Ha,    This “new age” bullshit, we have been told this story in the Bible and other spiritual writings, explained in Jesus’s teachings,  expanded in ACIM,  talked about by prophets, sages, and mystics and now Elon Musk and Stephen Hawkings are only repeating the message.   They know it’s true, but still view it from a egotistic perspective, EGO, Edging God Out.     But the answer is still:    Look, Listen, and Do NOT Judge.

 1-SIMULATION

WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO ACCEPT IT AND STOP THINKING WE CAN MAKE JUDGMENTS WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES ????   

BUT NOT this EGOTISTIC solution, presented in this video,  which is the opposite of INCLUSION, and how to live together. This would only result in further division based on OUR preferences and not reach PEACE, or no conflict.
