Just got my new Intuos4 Tablet – Great, beautiful control – One less excuse for not producing great images.  Now just practice needed.

Some new images of model Wit – first is a painting using the new “mixer bristle brushes” in Photoshop.

King $ Queen Major

Sawadee Khrap

IMG_6048-GoldCard-webJust got back from a short trip to see my very close friend Kain (King of the Nursing Major) at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai and his lovely Queen, Mae, in the parade for Loy Krathong.  Lighting was very bad and I didn’t have the large flash so many of the shots were very dark, I am working on them and will post later.

But here is the shot I have finished so far.  I will get them ready for Kain first and then post a slideshow on the blog. By the way Kain’s Major group also won for making the best Krathon

And Brian wanted me to make a special project for a young man he photographed in his studio – I came up with this :

Adams Apple Photo examples

Sawadee Khrap

_MG_4967-Edit Well, I now have the studio and lighting working so I am starting to take more shoots.  I had some of the boys and girls from Adam’s Apple Club over and got some good images.  So I just put all the images I have together and made this slideshow.  Also gave me a chance to try out some new Photoshop techniques.  Also trying out a new Slideshow Template —   Hope you enjoy.

Near Chiang Rai

Sawadee Khrap

Just got back from a short trip to Chiang Rai – stopped to get something to eat at Charin Garden Resort at Mae Suai and this little fella ( about 12 inches long) – err I think fella – was eating ants next to me.  Apparently it liked to pose so I got these shots:

wow-cs5-panos actions-adams apple boys

Sawadee Khrap

Great eye candy coming up – better yet if you visit Chiang Mai and Adam’s Apple Club you can meet them in person.

Using the new Adobe Photoshop CS5 and some PanosFX actions (free of course) I am making up a gallery of the go-go boys [and girls] at the club – when finished you’ll be able to see them at the club web page.

Here’s a couple of  examples of the opening page images:

Untitled-1Untitled-2

Clicking on each image will open a gallery of their photos – we’re starting off by highlighting 33 boys with 4-6 shots in each of their galleries – and of course a small bio — Hope it will be a good way to introduce you to the amazing boys working at the club.

I’m using the PanosFX button action then applying an embossing style – quick and easy to use -  Should have it done next week – but no promises.

Cabaret Ladyboys – adam’s apple

Sawadee Khrap

One show not to miss when your in Chiang Mai is the Adam’s Apple 10-12 Show – In addition to the lovely Go-Go boys and the erotic boy dances the show features the “Adam’s Apple Girls” Cabaret.

CRW_0463-Edit

First there is Jeab – she is the leader of the group and her major role is comedian –

I made this image to capture her full range of talent.

And then  – Su, Jacky and Nung – the Cabaret singers and dancers.

Just some examples  – wonderful sites for photos, wonderful boys for models – great software for editing – anyone can take great photos today – most of these I have printed in 8×12 framed versions hanging on my studio wall (framing cost = 200 Baht or $7 each)

and here is a copy of the picture I’ve framed as a window in the kitchen over the sink area – this is the Wiang Haeng area North of Chiang Mai – it makes washing the dishes much easier.

Amazing what Photoshop can do – these are standard filters – the possibilities are endless.   I am just starting to play around again and really liked these effects.

Started working in Photoshop again

Sawadee Khrap

CRW_4088-Edit-EditWell I started working in Photoshop again – just a start mind you – but nothing will happen if I don’t start sometime – so I guess this is as good of a time as any.

Crude, not very creative – but a start.

I hope to do more now and in  particular to begin painting with Corel Painter.

Haven’t been searching for new models lately – friends yes but not to photograph – so I think I will start with some old photos and see what I can do.

I didn’t realize it would so difficult to get back into a artistic mood – I had so little in the first place so trying again is actual starting all over.  Using Photoshop is not difficult but creating a pleasing piece of art is a challenge – I hope I can succeed.
