In my dream last night it was painfully clear that I had fallen in love with the messenger and NOT the MESSAGE. The dream was about a business deal but now I realize it was really urging me see how it applied to my life.
Looking back, in my history of searching for peace, I followed many messengers but did not take heed of what the essence of their messages proclaimed. Religious dogmas, Church leaders and other so called Spiritual teachers, New Age Gurus and many other Visionaries of scientific thought. I realize now are just part of the ILLUSION trying to explain the illusion or “Ego explaining Egoâ€. And yet in many of their messages was the same advice to seek a “outside†voice for actual guidance. Because only a vision from “without†can expose the illusion of guilt based on guilt and let it go as valueless.
Now I realize that the outside voice is that of spirit “God’s Holy Spirit†and recognize that every character or or symbol in the dream has an ego and will be tainted by it. I cannot find peace by trying to change a chaotic dream into peaceful dream – that’s illusion to another illusion. “Peace†is letting go of the illusion – letting go of all my JUDGEMENTS of what I thought was my truth or reality. Listening to that quiet voice that speaks for God’s ONENESS and NOT for a special or separate world. It speaks of the Eternal, NOT for the finite. THE MESSAGE not the messenger.
