Ashwagandha–it seems to be working

Sawadee Khrap

6Continuing my health saga and research.  I tried to take Ginkgo Bilbao, it did amazing well – helped the Glaucoma and circulation in my legs – BUT, I am apparently allergic to it – developed a large skin rash and it was getting worse at each dose.  Damn, works but cannot take it.    Himalaya Ashwagandha from iHerbs to the rescue.  Even my kidney Doctor was surprised and is researching the herb himself.  I have been taking a capsule a day for 3 weeks now and seem to  have better vision and the circulation in my legs is amazing.  All walking pain is gone.  In addition, I have been able to stop taking Olmersartan for HBP and my BP is running about 140/70.  I continue to take Madiplot, 10mg morning and evening, but soon I may be able to stop that with proper food consumption.   I have also noted that my blood test have show that my urine is very acidic.  That indicates that my diet needs to be change to a more neutral one – increasing vegetables and fruits while cutting down on carbs and protein.  This will also help the kidneys function.   So in addition to the diet change, I have also started on taking 2 tbsp. (garlic-apple cider vinegar- honey-lemon) mixture each morning before  I take my meds and during the day drinking a glass of lemon aid each day in the afternoon.   Now I need to get some pH papers to pee on to test alkalinity.  The garlic-apple cider vinegar mixture is also supposed to clear out blocked arteries and reduce BP – we will see but so far it seems to be doing something and my BP is coming down.  Hopefully I can eliminate the Madiplot and that will make me Pharma drugs free – just taking natural foods.   More to come.

Doi Mae Salong and back trip

Sawadee Khrap

Just got back from a weekend trip to Doi Mae Salong – Thaton – Fang DSC04189-Pano-Edittrip with Simon. First leg of trip, we went to the temple high on the hill above Mae Salong.  Great view.  Then we stopped by the old Chinese Army camp – actually we were told it was a special place for amputees- all the families living there are from injured soldiers.DSC04175-PanoDSC04207DSC04214

Some great shots here, then on to Thaton and Doi Angkhang.  On the DSC04244DSC04231way stopped to watch some women loading potatoes in a truck and then 20180225_081226found a place to stay overnight at Mae Ai –  The next morning, headed to the mountain park, we stopped by a noodle stand Xishuangbanna operated by Chin and his brother, after a quick Chinese breakfast we headed  to the Royal Project at Doi Angkhang – wonderful flowers and a place to DSC04273-PanoDSC04286DSC04289visit – here they have a marvelous camping ground setup with a view of the surrounding area.   It was the first chance that Simon and I had to take a photo exploring trip together and what a success – already planning on going back to spend more time at specific spots to capture the true beauty and splendor of the northern Chiang Rai-Fang area.  Next time I’ll produce some slideshows of the photos taken

The “Teardrop”

Sawadee Khrap

With all this bullshit about the Russians meddling in our elections – this bayonne13_fshas been entirely forgotten.  The teardrop Monument presented to the US by the Russians after the 9/11 destruction.

Here you can read the full story at the official web page

Our Gov’t has completely ignored it or just covered it up – I haven’t heard one comment or saw one photo of it on any new cast – yet all this bullshit about collusion.  When will we take politics out of being a profession and return it to being service to the people.  Thanks Kevin for pointing this out.

Move the deer crossing signs

Sawadee Khrap

Have to Thank Frank Morgan for pointing this emergency out so we can look for a solution – Donna saw it  – why can’t the Gov’t do anything about it?  Doesn’t anyone really care?  Is this deceit and carnage never going to stop?  Why insist the deer have to cross here?  Here’s the full  interview – click on the image to start the link.deer crossing
