I don’t think it is fair to ridicule an exam paper. But what is indisputably true is that Thais, amongst all of SE Asia, have, by far, the worst command of the English language. “Lingua Franca” is the Latin expression indicating that French should be the internationally recognised language of the world. Unfortunately for the French, English prevailed. Get used to it Thailand if you want to be a player
