Perspective – Set it straight – Carspace

Sawadee Khrap

I have been studying a terrific free course in drawing in perspective by Matt Kohr from CTRL+Paint – this is so crucial in paintings, drawings and Capture2creating realistic photomontages in Photoshop. And his web-page lead me to Warren’s program. What a life saver – now with Matt’s study principals and Carspace , all I have to do is to get proficient with it and use it on every image I produce – correct perspective – next I have to study shadows, the second most important aspect to making believable and realistic scenes.

So every once in a while I find a software that is a killer.   I hope I have some readers who are artists and are interested in how to calculate perspective for their drawings or how to create a perspective grid for an existing photograph.   To the rescue -  Warren Marshall  from Epic Games  released  CARSPACE perspective software (freeware)Capture

Hope you find these tutorials and software helpful.

Bang Saen Beach and Monkey Mountain

Sawadee Khrap

Just took a short trip about 40 KM North from Pattaya to Bang Saen _MG_3218Beach area to visit my friend, Don, in his new digs.   Great beach, clean, little or no farangs there, and so the locals are very friendly.  This family style beach is normally used by the folks from Bangkok, rather than going down to the Pattaya (sex) area, and by the students from the local schools and University.

***** SLIDESHOW *****

_MG_3209-Edit

As you can see in the slideshow there are some great walking only areas and tandem bicycle  rental places there.  Food everywhere and the vendors area is not in your face.  Ample chairs and huge long beach to wander about.

Looks like a wonderful beach to go to and relax —

From here we went to visit the “Monkey Mountain”  actually Khaoi Sam Muk and San Chao Mae Temple._MG_3259  Drove past these kids and got a wonderful “Hello” – ha ha._MG_3288

Most Thai’s know the background story of this mountain and the story of the lovers who jumped off the cliff after having vowed _MG_3342_MG_3311eternal love for each other. – now taken over by a large number of wild monkeys.

Nice view and plenty of monkeys to feed and photograph – the Monkey Temple around the corner is also a great photographic adventure – lots of detail in all the statues.

***** SLIDESHOW *****

The slideshows tell it all – next time I will get more in depth images – hopefully of some of the college boys who hang out there and the local shopping mall not too far away.     Great living area Don

Ciao.

And many thanks to  Moses from “Bangkok Tours” for pointing it BK toursout.  The world’s Most Dangerous Market

Make sure you check out their website and services – “Gay Tours” are included and sound wonderful.  I don’t know anyone there and I haven’t taken any tours yet but their website is very professional and offers a great array of adventures  (Gay Adventures) too .

Comments, Comments, and more Comments

Sawadee Khrap

I have to thank all of you who commented on the blog – it really boosts my desire to continue.  I also have to apologize if I missed any of your comments – I was just checking the blog’s  “spam”  filter on comments and see that during last 8 months alone it’s detected and halted:

306,514  “spam” comments.

Amazing – and mine is such a trivial blog, I can’t imagine what some commercial blogs or more popular web-sites have to monitor.

Each morning I go through all submitted comments and post the non-spam ones – I hope I haven’t missed any of yours – but this is the first time I’ve checked on the accrued number of spam submissions, and what a surprise.

Anyway – Thanks for all your comments, I really appreciate them.

KEEP THEM COMMING

Back seems better–lets try something new

Sawadee Khrap

Going to try out some new effects – How about this piece:

_MG_3085-EditI will try some new ideas during the next few months and post them here.  Some will be made with new actions I found and others will be new approaches to, and uses of current images I have.

Help me out – let me know what you would like to see – send me a comment and I’ll try to do – actually,  I am more productive trying to accomplish a project than just sitting here trying to be creative.

Ciao

So true, so true

Sawadee Khrap

He was in ecstasy, a huge smile on his face, as his wife moved forwards, then backwards, forward, then backwards again….back and forth …back and forth …in and out …in and out.

She could feel the sweat on her forehead and between her breasts and trickling down the small of her back, she was getting near to the end. Her heart was pounding, her face was flushed, then she moaned, softly at first, then louder.

Finally, totally exhausted, she let out an almighty scream and shouted.

Extremism–it’s everywhere

Sawadee Khrap

Capture

The Gospel of Intolerance

Extremism is everywhere, all religions and faiths, – exclude’ism – divide and conquer – If God is everywhere, in everything, then nothing can be separate. Nothing can without God – COMPLETE

To exclude anyone is to exclude all – Jesus taught – forgiveness is the path to salvation — condemnation or exclusion is the path to damnation, Life in a God ‘less world.  God is not for some to the exclusion of others – if God is ONE then we all are one in God.

Christians, Islam, Buddhist, Hindu, all of them – some Sects teach hate, exclusion, separation, favoritism, all denying the Complete God. THE ONE, THE ALL INCLUSIVE -

“Forgive them Father, they know not what they do.”

Thanks Kevin for pointing this out.
